I want to buy items in bulk to sell on eBay. Do I need a tax ID or provider. I live in Texas.?
I can not find any information on if I need both. I applied a tax ID, but heard of ID dealer. I just want to be able to purchase items at wholesale or below. If you need a dealer license, where and how can I ask a. I can not find anything except for data businessnameusa.com. This site is useless.
