What should I whinterize boatmotor a Mercury outboard motor?

I have a Mercury 225 outboard motor boatmotor. The boat is on a trailer and exposed cold. I am looking for information on this engine in the winter. Is it necessary to draw something?

Add the stabilizer system fuel, buy some fogging oil mercury. Remove the engine cover, remove the airbox to expose the air intake, or according to year carbohydrates. the engine of the tube until it is at operating temperature. Now the hard part. In a motor carburetor, disconnect the fuel line SPLY with the engine and start spraying fogging oil into carbohydrates. This needs to be sufficient for engine Bogg. It is difficult to do when there are 3 sets of carbohydrates. Try to time so when the engine runs out of gas and dies, where the spray oil. EFI engine does not disconnect the fuel line. Just mist spray oil enough in the air intake to stop the engine. Once this is done. Sprinkle the outside of the engine down with a little lubricant to prevent marine corrosion. It's also a good time to change oil unit lower. With the engine in position plain, remove drain plug from bottom of the lower unit. Then unscrew the oil filler cap drain. Take a look at oil, look for evidence of water and metal particles. Once drained, refill with new oil to pin on the bottom. When you start running out of the vent of complete, install the filler cap, the lower cap. Keep the engine in position low. Cover and wait for warm weather.
